What it is
My signature cohort-based leadership coaching programme, designed to develop confident, capable managers at the heart of an organisation.
The 12-week virtual program offers a unique blend - alternating facilitated group coaching with individual 1:1 coaching. In this way, participants benefit from private coaching sessions as well as the space to learn and practise together.
Group sessions focus on shared leadership themes through practical exercises, peer coaching and guided discussion. Individual coaching sessions provide personalised support, reflection and accountability - ensuring learning translates into action.
